Bemco Hydraulics approves delisting of shares >The members of Bemco Hydraulics, at the 49th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company held on Sep. 26, 2007, decided to de-list the shares of the company from Bangalore Stock Exchange and Kolkata Stock Exchange and also declared dividend on preference shares.
Bemco Hydraulics reported that, loss for the quarter ended June 2007 widened. During the quarter, the company swung to a loss of Rs 3.55 million from Rs 0.5 million, in the corresponding quarter last year.
Net sales for the quarter declined 57.54%, to Rs 10.72 million, compared with the corresponding quarter, a year ago.
