Cranes Software declares 50% dividend The members of Cranes Software (Q, N,C,F)* International at its annual general meeting (AGM) held on Sep. 13, 2007 declared regular dividend of 20%, and one time special dividend of 30%,(thereby aggregating to 50%) on the equity shares declared for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007. Net sales for the quarter rose 21.26% to Rs 710.84 mi llion compared with the corresponding quarter, a year ago. Shares of the company closed down Rs 2.25, or 1.99%, at Rs 110.55. The total volume of shares traded were 36,380 at the BSE . (Wednesday).
>The company announced steady growth in net profit for the quarter ended June 2007. During the quarter, the profit rose 17.66% to Rs 225.17 million from Rs 191.38 million, in the corresponding quarter last year.
