GAIL considering bonus issue/stock split
He said the issue of a stock split and a bonus issue came up at the firm’s annual general meeting earlier this month.
“We are considering only a bonus issue,” Choubey told when asked if GAIL was planning a bonus issue, stock split or both.
“But we have not made up our mind as yet. We may come out with a bonus issue before next AGM (annual general meeting),” said.
