JBM Auto declares 1:2 bonus
1. Declaration of dividend @ 20% on 6799227 equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
2. Issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:2 i.e. One Bonus Share of Rs 10/- each for Two equity shares of Rs 10/- each held.
3. Re-appointment of Mr. H R Saini as Whole Time Director for a period of 5 years w.e.f. June 07, 2007.
4. Increased of Authorised Capital from Rs 8,05,00,000/- dividend into 80,50,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to Rs 15,00,00,000 divided into 1,50,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
5. Issue of fresh equity shares by way of public issue / right issue / Private equity / ADR / GDR etc.
