Mold Tek Technologies declare 20% dividend The members of Mold Tek Technologies, at the annual general meeting held on Sep. 26, 2007, declared dividend of 20% for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007. Net sales for the quarter rose 21.05% to Rs 297.60 million compared with the corresponding quarter, a year ago. Shares of the company closed down Rs 1.35, or 1.07%, at Rs 124.60. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE was 18,428. (Wednesday)

The company disclosed a phenomenal jump in net profit for the quarter ended June 2007. During the quarter, the company experienced a 54.95% rise in profit to Rs 36.60 million from Rs 23.62 million in the same quarter last year.
