Panasonic AVC delisting from stock exchange
Panasonic AVC delisting from stock exchange Panasonic AVC Networks India, decided to delist its shares from the stock >exchange. Consequently, investors can exit from the company either by tendering in the open offer which is open from September 24 to September 28 or by selling in the open market. The company, promoted by the Matsushita Electric Industrial Company of Japan, made an offer for delisting, through reverse book building at a price of Rs 18. The price is based on the SEBI formula and is at a premium of 27.09% compared to Rs 14.16, floor price.
Shares of the company were last trading up Rs 0.55, or 2.21%, at Rs 25.40. The total volume of shares traded were 11,163 at the BSE. (10.44 am, Wednesday).
