Pondy Oxides declare 12% dividend The members of Pondy Oxides (Q, N,C,F)* & Chemicals, at the annual general meeting (AGM) held on Sep. 22, 2007, declared dividend of 12% for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007. Net sales for the quarter rose 69.85% to Rs 396.93 million compared with the corresponding quarter, a year ago. Shares of the company& nbsp;closed up Rs 0.60, or 3.01%, at Rs 20.55. The company disclosed a substantial jump in net profit for the quarter ended June 2007. During the quarter, the company witnessed a 39.53% rise in profit to Rs 10.59 million from Rs 7.59 million in the same quarter last year.
