Rajeswari Foundations declare 10% dividend The members of Rajeswari Foundations at the annual general meeting (AGM) declared dividend of 10% for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007. >The members also issued 795,000 warrants convertible into equity shares to promoters on preferential basis. The company disclosed a steady growth in net profit for the quarter ended in June 2007. During the quarter, the company experienced a 12.84% rise in profit to Rs 1.23 million from Rs 1.09 million in the same quarter last year. Net sales for the quarter rose 14.56% to Rs 22.97 million compared with the corresponding quarter, a year ago. Shares of the company closed down Rs 0.85, or 3.22%, at Rs 25.55. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE was 9,078. (Wednesday)
