Kamadgiri Synthetics declares 5% final dividend The members of Kamadgiri Synthetics (Q, N,C,F)* at its annual general meeting (AGM) held on Sep. 27, 2007 approved final dividend of 5%. The company reported steep drop of 79.8% in net profit for the quarter ended June 2007. During the quarter, the company reported decline in profit to Rs 0.20 million from Rs 0.99 million in the corresponding quarter, last year. Net sales for the quarter rose 31.28% to Rs 72.36 million, compared with the corresponding quarter, a year ago. Shares of the company closed down Rs 0.75, or 1.45%, at Rs 50.95. The total volume of shares traded was 1,682 at the BSE. (Thursday)
