Prime Focus to acquire UTV Software unit >Post-production firm Prime Focus (Q, N,C,F)* announced that, it agreed to acquire the post-production business of UTV Software Communications, reports Business Line.
Net sales for the quarter rose 56.09% to Rs 187.40 million, compared with the corresponding qu arter, a year ago.
Shares of the company declined Rs 4.5 , or 0.45%, to Rs 1005.25. The total volume of shares traded were 4,364 at the BSE.(Thursday ).
