Fortis Financial acquires stake in ICSE
Fortis Financial acquires stake in ICSE >Fortis Financial Services announced acquired 4.44% stake in the Inter Connected Stock Exchange of India (`ICSE`), in pursuance to the demutualisation scheme approved by SEBI. ICSE allotted 62,164 equity shares of Rs 1 each to the company on Sep.13, 2007, representing 4.44% of the total paid-up equity share capital of ICSE.
Today, (Sep. 28, 2007) Panoramic Universal also acquired 4.46% stake in Inter-connected Stock Exchange of India (ICSE) at Rs 250 a share. The acquisition has been made under `The Inter connected Stock Exchange of India Demutualisation Scheme 2005`.
Shares of the company declined Rs 0.25 , or 0.28%, to Rs 90. The total volume of shares traded were 7,359 at the BSE.(Friday ).
