The board agreed to issue shares to employees of the company and to subsidiary or holding companies under the employee stock option scheme.
Shares of the company declined Rs 0.30 , or 0.74%, to Rs 40.00. The total volume of shares traded were 83,419 at the BSE.(3.51pm,Friday ).
