HDFC allots equity shares upon conversion of FCCBs Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) received conversion notices for conversion of 124 FCCBs of the face value of USD 100,000 each. >
Consequently, the company on Sep. 28, 2007, allotted 3,87,467 equity shares of Rs 10 each in terms of the offering c ircular dated Sep. 21, 2005.
After, the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs 271,55,14,270 consisting of 27,15,51,427 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
Shares of the company gained Rs 30.65 , or 1.23%, to Rs 2527.25. The total volume of shares traded were 29,611 at the BSE.(Friday ).
