Lumax Auto declares dividend The members of Lumax Auto Technologies, (Q, N,C,F)* at its meeting held on Sep. 26, 2007 declared dividend of Rs 1.50 a share. >Dhiraj Dhar Gupta was appointed as director of the company. Lumax Auto Technologies (LATL) manufactures sheet metal products and lighting systems for the two and three-wheeler industry. In the lighting segment, it manufactures headlamps, tail lamps, blinkers, fog lamps and engine lamps. Under sheet metals, it manufactures chassis assembly, silencers, petrol tank, fork assemblies, handlebar assemblies, stand assembly and fr ame sub assemblies. Shares of the company were last trading up Rs 0.3 , or 0.33%, at Rs 92.1. The total volume of shares traded were 1,857 at the BSE.(1.18 pm ,Friday ).
