Zodiac-JRD-MKJ declares 5% dividend The members of Zodiac-JRD-MKJ, at its meeting held on Sep. 28, 2007 declared dividend of 5% or Rs 0.50 per share on 4052130 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each, amounting to Rs 2,026,065. >Zodiac-JRD-MKJ , disclosed steep drop of 20% in net profit for the quarter ended June 2007. During the quarter, the company saw fall in profit to Rs 2.60 million from Rs 3.25 million, in the corresponding quarter last year. Net sales for the quarter declined 40.17% to Rs 19.41 million, compared with the corresponding quarter, a year ago. The company is engaged in the manufacture of cut and polished diamonds.
