C & C Constructions recommends 25% dividend The board of directors of C & C Constructions, at its meeting held on Sep. 27, 2007, recommended the divided of 25% i.e. Rs 2.50 a share, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company at the ensuing annual general meeting. > C&C Constructions (CANDC) is engaged in the construction of highways, airports, laying of optic fiber cables and maintenance of telecom network. The company was incorporated in July 1996. The chairman of the company is Gurjeet Sin gh Johar, and Charanbir Singh Sethi is the managing director.
Shares of the company gained Rs 1.5, or 0.65%, to trade at Rs 230.65. The total volume of shares traded was 48,322 at the BSE.(Friday)
