Jhaveri Flexo issues securities upto Rs 1 bn The board of directors of Jhaveri Flexo India, at its meeting held on September 28, 2007, considered and approved issue of securities for raising fund not exceeding Rs 1 billion to carry out substantial expansion of business activities of the company by way of public issue or right issue. > Further, an extra-ordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the company will be held on October 20, 2007 for considering the said matter. Jhaveri Flexo India (FLEFILWN), formally known as Flexofilm Wraps India, was established in 1986 and is a manufacturer of printed flexible laminated packaging films and pouches and plastic packaging materials.
