The members of Ahlcon Parenterals (Q, N,C,F)* India, at its meeting held on Sep. 29, 2007 declared a final dividend of 15% on equity shares having face value of Rs 10 each.

>The members also approved the appointment of D.N. Davar as the director of the company liable to retire by rotation.

Ahlcon Parenterals (India) has disclosed a substantial jump in net profits for the quarter ended June 2007. During the quarter, the company witnessed a 38.66% rise in profits to Rs 23.78 million from Rs 17.15 million in the same quarter, last year.

Net sales for the q uarter rose 9.64% to Rs 131.57 million compared with the corresponding quarter, a year ago.

Shares of the company were last trading up Rs 1.75, or 2.79%, at Rs 64.45. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE was 665. (10.24 a.m., Wednesday)
