DLF to develop huge township near Bangalore
DLF to develop huge township near Bangalore India`s largest realty firm, DLF, will develop a huge integrated township spread over 9,178 acres on the outskirts of Bangalore, The project will incur an estimated investment of upto Rs 600 billion over the next seven years. The Karnataka government awarded the project to develop the Bidadi Knowledge City to DLF. >It is believed that, DLF will develop the project as a 50:50 joint venture with Dubai-based Limitless Holdings. The investment will come from the internal resources of the two partners, and private equity at the project-level.
