Igarashi Motors declares 15% dividend The members of Igarashi Motors, at its meeting held on Sep. 29, 2007 declared a dividend of 15%, or Rs 1.50 a share of face value Rs 10 each for the financial year 2006-07. >The members also approved to modify Employee Stock Option Plan 2006 and extending Employee Stock Option Plan 2006 to the employees of subsidiary company (ies). Igarashi Motors India swung to a loss for the quarter ended June 2007. During the quarter, the company saw a loss of Rs 25.30 million as against a profit of Rs 9.26 million in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Net sales for the quarter rose 15.45% to Rs 658.75 million compared with the corresponding quarter, a year ago.
