Sobha Devp to set-up township in Gurgaon Sobha Developers entered into a joint development agreement with QVC Realty and Chintels India, to develop an integrated township spread over 192 acres in Gurgaon, Haryana. The company is already in the process of developing integrated township projects in Kochi and Thrissur. >The Gurgaon township project is an integrated township of world-class design and quality, consisting of single-family homes, apartments, commercial, retail and office space. The township is strategically located in sector 106-109 and well-connected to Delhi and Gurgaon and will entail an investment of over Rs 20,000 million and development of more than 6.5 million square feet of land. Shares of the company declined Rs 22.70,or 2.48% to end at Rs 891.80. The total volume of shares traded was 26,711 at the BSE (Monday).
