Vinati Organics declares 12% dividend The members of Vinati Organics, (Q, N,C,F)* at its meeting held on Sep. 29, 2007, declared a dividend of 12% for the financial year ended Mar. 31, 2007. >Vinati Organics reported a phenomenal jump in net profit for the quarter ended June 2007. During the quarter, the company`s profit rose 2.93 times to Rs 19.59 million from Rs 6.68 million in the same quarter, last year. Net sales for the quarter rose 70.70% to Rs 279.27 million compared with the corresponding quarter, a year ago. Shares of the company were last trading up Rs 4.9, or 4.96%, a t Rs 103.6. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE was 2,978. (10.40 a.m, Wednesday)
