Intense Tech affirms Oct. 8 as bid closing date for equity issue
Intense Technologies informed that the bid closing date pursuant to the proposed issue of equity shares of the company, under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (disclosure and investor protection) Guidelines, 2000 is Oct. 8, 2007 at 6 p.m.
Prime Securities is the lead manager to the above issue.
Intense Technologies has disclosed that loss for the quarter ended June 2007 has widened. During the quarter, the company witnessed a 34.79% rise in loss to Rs 12.36 million from Rs 9.17 million in the same quarter, last year.
Sales for the quarter rose 7.56% to Rs 10.67 million compared with the corresponding quarter, a year ago.
Shares of the company declined Rs 6.10, or 8.46% to trade at Rs 66. The total volume of shares traded was 29,609 at the BSE. (1.18 p.m., Monday)
