Emaar MGF IPO : Emaar sees India IPO clearance by Jan 2008
Emaar Properties, the largest Arab real estate developer by market value, expects clearance for a public issue of shares in Indian unit Emaar MGF by January, its chief said on Monday.
Mohamed Alabbar, chairman of Dubai-based Emaar Properties, said he expects to raise $1.7 billion from the share sale in India.
