Precision Pipes is coming out with an IPO and they are looking to raise Rs 75 crores. In an interview with a private channel, Ajay Kumar Jain, MD, Precision Pipes said that they need this money for expanding their automotive sector and PDC business and hope to utilize this money in a year’s time. They expect the margins to improve, as the economies of scale has its effect.
According to Jain, Precision Pipes is having negotiations with other customers and expanding their customer portfolio.
