Shankara Pipes IPO : Shankara Pipes plans IPO
Bangalore-based Shankara Pipes India has filed draft red herring prospectus with SEBI on December 19, to enter into capital market with public issue of up to 6.11 million equity shares of Rs 10 each.
The issue will constitute 30.01% of the post issue paid-up capital of the company.
