Globus Spirits gets SEBI nod for IPO
Alcohol manufacturer, Globus Spirits, on Monday said it has received Security and Exchange Board of India’s (SEBI) nod for entering the capital market with its Initial Public Offering (IPO) to raise Rs 68 crore.
The company has appointed SREI Capital Markets Ltd, as the book running lead manager for the proposed issue.
The alcohol manufacturer is raising funds to modernise and expand its production facilities at Behror in Rajasthan and Samalkha in Haryana, besides developing and acquiring India-made foreign liquor brands.
Globus is also planning to install a high-pressure boiler and back-pressure turbine, which would be using biogas and biomass as fuel, and is also going to initiate revamping of existing storage/ bottling capacity at Samalkha Unit.
The company is a Delhi-based company engaged in the business of manufacturer, marketing and sale of IMFL, industrial alcohol and country liquor
