Reliance plans to enter rig manufacturing biz
Reliance Industries the country’s largest private sector company is mulling an entry into the rig manufacturing business.
“We are exploring avenues to enter into the rig manufacturing business but, the final decision is yet to be taken,” RIL President Petroleum International Business Atul Chandra told reporters in Mumbai today.
Tentatively, we will enter into rig manufacturing by the end of this year or the beginning of next year, Chandra said.
The company is also looking for a suitable partner for this business
