Ranbaxy close to buying Orchid Chemicals
Ranbaxy is close to buying Orchid chemicals. Solrex , a ranbaxy promoter group company is close to getting 15% stake in orchid pharma which is enough to trigger an open offer. Its current share holding stands at 14.75% .
Even if solrex fails to acquire Orchid Chemicals fully it is entitled to Board representation.
Orchid Ranbaxy ( solrex ) fight is going to turn out very badly soon. Ranbaxy hasn’t commented anything in the open as of now.
