ADAG cheating Adlabs Investors ?
You might have come across news in various media that RELIANCE BIG ENTERTAINMENT plans stake sale valuing the company at around 20,000 crs . It’s business line sounded too familiar with that of ADLABS , production and distribution of movies , operating theatre chain.And there are reports that Adlabs has stopped funding Movies. If these reports are correct , then surely ADLABS is cheating innocent investors.
Is it fair to operate a parallel business of same line ? It may be legally correct. But its not fair on part of a Big Leader like Anil Ambani.
I don’t hold any shares in ADLABS.
