BSNL IPO | Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd IPO : A government of India Enterprice
BSNL is trying to launch an IPO to raise funds for GSM expansion , 3G Service in India , Wimax Data service.
Company has Rs 40,000 Crores as reserves. Company is trying very hard to launch this offering .
BSNL IPO is the biggest initial offering from Government sector side. Size of this IPO is unknown but Valuation is likely to be in the range of Rs. 75,000 to 1,50,000 Crores.
Union Minister for Telecom and IT , Mr.Raja ( DMK ) is desperate to list this entity.
BSNL Unions however are not intrested in listing the PSU . Govt has to get consent from the union before they go ahead with this one.
IPO Price is likely to be in the range of Rs. 250 – 400 per share.
