Spicejet to issue fresh equity to WL Ross
SpiceJet is in advanced stages of talks with venture capitalist WL Ross. SpiceJet was approached by Kingfisher but SpiceJet did not accept their proposal. Spicejet feels that Kingfisher can compromise on brand and change business model of SpiceJet.
