US FDA hauls up Ranbaxy for fraudulent conduct
The US FDA (US Food and Drug Administration) will take Ranbaxy to court for systematic fraudulent conduct. The US FDA believes violations have resulted in adulterated and misbranded drugs. That\’s not all; the FDA has asked the Court to force Ranbaxy to do internal review of its manufacturing operations in India.
