Aegis BPO a part of the Essar Group has signed a definitive agreement to merge with Peoplesupport Inc. Essar said that Aegis BPO has signed a definitive agreement with Peoplesupport Inc. It expects the AegisPeoplesupport deal to be completed in the next two to three months.
