RNRLRIL case adjourned till Aug 6
The RNRL – RIL case is adjourned to 3 pm on August 6 as RIL Counsel Harish Salve is yet to end arguments. Salve told the Bench that the Memorandum of Understanding, or the MoU is produced in the court and there is no resolution ratifying it. The MoU has not been placed before the Reliance Board in the past and is not in corporate domain, he said.
