MM\’s cash consideration to pay off debt: Kinetic Motor
MM have entered the twowheeler space and have bought Kinetic Motor\’s assets for Rs 10 crore. Sulajja Firodia Motwani, Joint MD, Kinetic Motor said the cash consideration that will be received upfront will be used by Kinetic Motor to clear its liabilities.
