Retail rentals to drop by 1012%
The retail property market has also begun to lose steam not just in the suburbs, but retail rentals in the the metros may soon see a drop. As per a report by CB Richard Ellis, retail rentals in the suburbs have already fallen by 1015 percent and the next six months may see rentals sliding by a further 1012 percent.
