TRAI issues recommendations for MVNO
The TRAI has issued recommendations for MVNO. MVNOs would be issued a license under Indian Telegraph Act. It will introduce MVNOs as a service provider with own licensing framework. TRAI has permitted the MVNO model for 2G and 3G wireless broadband services. It has permitted 74% FDI cap in MVNOs.
