New Delhi, Sep 29: On Monday, Sep 28 state-owned telecom operator BSNL said it has tied up with Elitcore Technologies to provide free internet access to its customers during the festival season. ”We have launched the offer with the primary objective of increasing penetration in the country to bridge the urban rural divide in ICT sector,” BSNL, DDG (Broadband) Anil Jain said in a statement.
