Tata Motors files legal salvo in Singur battle
Tata Motors has filed a Writ Petition against the West Bengal Government and the West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation (WBIDC) alleging that the government has violated the provisions of the Right to Information (RTI) Act of 2005. The Calcutta High Court has said that the government should not publish parts of the agreement with Tata.
