Essar Offshore bagged a Rs 1000 crore order
Essar Offshore Subsea said it has bagged a Rs 1,000 crore order from ONGC.
Essar would modify, revamp platforms of ONGC and install new equipment and facilities in the process complexes of Neelam and Heera at the Western offshore fields of India.
In times to come, a project of this size would catapult Essar Offshore Subsea to win more challenging projects both nationally and internationally, Essar Projects CEO Alwyn Bowden said in a statement.
Essar Offshore Subsea is a division of Essar Projects. It is an engineering procurement and construction company headquartered in Dubai.
The ONGC project deadline is May 2011.
