RIL RPL Merger : RPL RIL Merger Swap Ratio , Date

Reliance Industries ( RIL ) and Reliance Petroleum ( RPL ) merger has been approved. RIL Board has offered the shareholders of RPL one RIL share for every 16 shares held by them.

Date of Share swap merger and other details are awaited. RIL Shares allotment will be announced soon.
