Oberoi Constructions IPO to be restarted

Oberoi constructions IPO will be soon be launched. IPO size is expected to be about Rs. 750 – Rs. 1000 crores .
Company expects Rs. 650 crores net profit this fiscal . Last year it was Rs 250 crores .
The company is in the activity of Real Estate , Construction and allied activities.
Morgan Stanely has 10% stake already taken at a valuation of Rs. 7000 crores
