Jaypee Infratech IPO .

Jaypee Infratech is planning to launch an IPO by this year to raise funds. The company is a subsidiary of  Jaiprakash Associates. IPO Date , Price and other details are awaited.

Jaypee plans to raise Rs. 2500 Crores . The company is building a 165-km 6 lane expressway ” Yamuna Expressway ” between Greater Noida and Agra.

Company is valued at Rs 20,000-25,000 crore and ICICI BANK has paid RS. 250 Crores for 1% stake.

Jaypee Group had also won the bid to build the 1,047 km-long, eight-lane Ganga Expressway on the left bank of the River Ganga, from Greater Noida to Ballia in eastern Uttar Pradesh. Under the project, the group would also get the rights for the development of 30,000 acres along the expressway.
